Elegant, expressive and subtle, our 2018 Rosé has bright acidity and offers distinct aromas of strawberry and raspberry. Fruit is sourced from the Torres Vineyard in the Russian River which is farmed organically. Native fermentation.

Native fermentation. Case production is 60 cases. This lovely, balanced wine will make you yearn for summer as the disticnt aromas of rose petals and strawberries will leave you eager to take one sip after another.
Russian River Valley
The grapes are whole cluster pressed and settled for two days. The juice is then racked off the lees and warmed to 60 degrees to encourage native fermentation. When fermentation begins, the fermenting juice is barreled down into stainless steel and oak barrels. The wine is aged on the lees that is stirred twice a month for five months, then bottled.
