Our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon has power and finesse. The tannins are chalky and fine. On the nose, aromas of baking spices and mocha jump out of the glass along with black plum and gravely minerality. The palate is brighter with more red fruits, black pepper, and balanced acidity.
Sourced from the coveted Sonoma Coast appellation, aromas of cranberry and black cherry jump from the glass along with crushed gravel and clove. On the palate, the wine is bright and fresh.
